This package is designed for a soothing refresh, focusing purely on comfort:
- A warm, gentle bath using soothing, mild shampoo.
- Hand drying only (we prioritize comfort and avoid high-velocity dryers completely unless they tolerate them well).
- Nail trimming or filing, based on what is most comfortable for them.
- Ear cleaning and a tidy around the eyes using scissors only.
- A light brush-out. We focus on comfort, not intensive de-matting.
- A gentle trim for the pads and hygiene area, if they are comfortable.
Important Compassionate Note: For senior dogs with severely matted or knotted coats, a full shave-off might be the only way to relieve pain. We will always discuss this compassionate option with you first!
