Starting your puppy’s grooming journey right is the key to a happy dog for life! This specialized package is designed purely for positive first impressions.

This is the best way to socialize your puppy with new people, new sounds, and a new place!

Our goal is simple:

• Build a strong, trusting relationship between your pup and their groomer.
• Reduce stress about being handled, bathed, and brushed.
• Get your fluffball used to the environment without any clipping or styling, setting them up perfectly for their first full groom!

Session Breakdown: Building Trust Step-by-Step

We move strictly at your puppy’s pace—we never rush or force them!

Session 1 (Approx. 30 mins): Acclimation & Basics

This first visit is entirely about feeling safe and having fun!

• Acclimatize your puppy to the salon, the grooming table, and the sounds of equipment (dryers and clippers from a distance!).
• Quick, gentle nail clip.
• Pad trim (if needed) and careful cleaning around the eyes and ears.

Session 2: Gentle Introduction to Water & Drying

We build right on the trust established in Session 1!

• Repeat the confidence work and positive handling from Session 1.
• Include a lovely warm bath and a gentle dry using towels and a low-noise dryer.
• Light trimming around the eyes using scissors (very light tidy).

Note: If your pup needs more time to feel totally comfortable after Session 2, further sessions may be required! We always ensure they are 100% ready before moving to a full groom appointment.
